AUCTION END DATE: TUESDAY DECEMBER 20TH, 2022 STARTING TO END AT 8:00 P.M.

AUCTION PICKUP DATE: WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 21ST, 2022 FROM 3:00 P.M. TO 7:00 P.M.  THERE WILL BE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES AVAILABLE.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED DURING THIS PICKUP TIME.  

Buyer will need to bring help to load the heavy items, such as furniture, piano and tanning bed.  We will not be available to load these items.

There is no SALES TAX on this project.

There is a 13% buyer's premium on this project.  


The auction will end 2 items per every 1 minute starting at 8pm on TUESDAY DECEMBER 20TH, 2022

BIDDING WILL HAVE AUTOMATIC EXTENSIONS... IF A BID IS PLACED IN THE LAST 5 MINUTES THE BIDDING TIME WILL EXTEND ANOTHER 5 MINUTES.  BOTH REAL TIME CURRENT BIDS AND MAX BIDS CAN BE PLACED.

Waiver of Liability.
